This policy describes how Vector Frameworks collects and uses information from our website, subscribers to our communications, and customers who purchase our services.

Vector Frameworks collects personal information from its customers in a variety of ways. We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details or occupation when you enrol for or attend a training course, seminar, visit our website, contact us by telephone, or use our consulting services.

Vector Frameworks will not collect any personal information about visitors to its website except when they knowingly provide it. When you visit and browse our website, our service provider will collect information for statistical, reporting and maintenance purposes. Our website host uses this information to administer and improve the performance and security of this website. Cookies are small files, whose contents are transferred to a computer's local storage by a website for the purpose of storing information. Vector Frameworks currently does use cookies. Web beacons are images that originate from a third party site to track visitor activities. Vector Frameworks currently does not use web beacons to track the visiting patterns of individuals accessing its website.

We use the information that we collect from customers to enrol them in training courses or seminars, to provision consulting services, and to provide customers with information about our services, events, and news. If you choose not to provide your personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy the only consequence for you is that you may not be able to receive information about Vector Frameworks services that you have not engaged us to supply.

Vector Frameworks may disclose personal information about its customers on a temporary basis for a specific purpose to third party service providers such as contracted call centres, mailing houses or marketing agents. Vector Frameworks may use your personal information to provide you with promotional material about its training courses, consulting services, and relevant events. If you do not wish to receive this type of promotional information, you can contact our Privacy Officer during our office hours to remove your name from our marketing lists, or you may send a message anytime to unsubscribe@vectorframeworks.com.

We will not, in the ordinary course of our business, disclose your personal information to any other person or organisation unless the disclosure is required to provision services you have requested or under special conditions obligated to do so by law.

Vector Frameworks aims to keep your personal information secure and up to date. If we find we have no further need for your personal information we will remove it from our system and destroy all record of it. We would welcome any changes to your details so as to keep our records up to date. Any personal information that is collected via Vector Frameworks website or which is held on Vector Frameworks computer systems is securely protected by firewall security systems and the use of user passwords to prevent unauthorised access. Personal Information that is held by Vector Frameworks in hard copy is stored securely on its premises and is only disclosed or used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may have access to the information Vector Frameworks holds about you. You may request access to your personal information by contacting the Privacy Officer. You can update your personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer.

Vector Frameworks offers courses and services for purchase. For the convenience of our customers we have the capability to invoice electronically, allowing for payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal balance and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely by our selected payment processor, Paypal. Vector Frameworks does not store, process or have any visibility of any credit or debit card information. This information is provided by customers to Paypal at the time of payment. Additionally, Vector Frameworks has no control, influence or rights over Paypal's use of your personal data when you place an order. Please refer to Paypal's own Privacy Policy for more information.

If you have a concern or complaint about privacy, confidentiality or the information handling practices of Vector Frameworks, our employees or service suppliers, please contact our Privacy Officer. Before contacting us, be sure to gather all the facts in order to save your valuable time.
